Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise specifically aimed at strengthening the core which is essential for good posture. It also helps overall toning, helps create a flat and toned stomach, strengthens the back and keeps the body in good alignment. It also helps improve general strength and increase flexibility and balance. On top of that it is good fun and invigorating.
Daniela Dietl is an experienced health and fitness professional – qualified as an advanced pilates instructor, fitness instructor, nutritional health coach, personal trainer, sports massage therapist and Zumba instructor. Daniela has been running classes for many years with great success. Currently she is running pilates, aerobics and Zumba classes in the Greystones Studios.

PILATES FOR PREGNANCY
Deborah is a Chartered Physiotherapist with 15 years continuous hand-on experience. She is also a qualified Physiotherapist Antenatal Educator and has been preparing mums-to-be for their big day since 2002.
About The Programme: These are not just your regular pregnancy classes, but a very practical and empowering Antenatal Physiotherapy Educational Programme where expecting mums are invited to share their expectations and experiences while preparing physically and mentally for D day! Deborah’s experience in treating pregnancy back pain, pelvic girdle pain, incontinence and other ailments helped her to develop and modify the exercises included in this programme making them safe and effective.
This Pregnancy Physiotherapy and Pilates Programme is an 8 week course. Each class session is 1 hour in
and includes Pilates exercise and a discussion about a relevant pregnancy theme. Programme also includes:

- Relaxation Exercises
- Breathing Exercises

POSTNATAL PILATES
Learn how to exercise safely after childbirth and help your body regain its pre-pregnancy figure by toning and stretching your tummy, back, arms and legs with postnatal Pilates exercises. Each session has 1 hour duration and includes Pilates exercise, small equipment and cardio.
Programme also includes:
- Core exercises
- Postural exercises
- Pelvic floor exercises
- Flexibility exercises
The 1st class of this Postnatal Pilates and Physiotherapy programme is very important, as Deborah will conduct a Postural assessment and teach how to exercise safely during the remaining of the classes. Feel stronger and pain free, with this Postnatal Physiotherapy Educational Programme. However, if you are already suffering from back pain, pelvic pain sciatica, fluid retention or incontinence, Deborah will guide you through the safest exercises in order to achieve immediate relief.
