Yoga

The practice of yoga increases flexibility, strength, vitality, concentration and calm. It is suitable for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. Students are gradually introduced to a structured system of postures (asanas). These include standing, sitting and inverted poses, backbends, forward bends and twists aimed to relieve stress, gain energy and improve posture.
