New Adult Ballet Classes starting Thursday 12 January 2012 from 7-8pm.
Ballet actively engages all muscles in the body toning and strengthening while improving your flexibility. Regular training boosts fitness levels, improves balance and spatial awareness, reduces risk of osteoporosis, enhances coordination, supports weight management, improves mental agility…the list goes on!
Classes are €10 drop in or €50 for 6 week term.
Cristina McGrath began ballet at the age of 4 with the Russian Ballet Academy, Ireland and at 14 she continued her classical dance studies in the Princess Grace ‘Academie de Dance Classique’, in Monte Carlo. She has completed all grades of ballet training with the Royal Academy of Dance and participated in shows with the Irish Youth Russian Ballet Company. Cristina has taken classes all over the world including France, Australia and the UK and worked with choreographers from The Australian Ballet, Sydney Dance Company and Australian Dance Theatre.
