Jazz

Jazz technique is based on the natural movement of the body and is designed to increase body control and coordination. Class will commence with a gentle warm-up incorporating stretching, isolations and toning exercises. This will be followed by either simple up-tempo or lyrical routines that MOVE using modern music. Improve overall fitness and train in techniques to increase your dancing ability. Please wear loose clothing and suitable lightweight footwear (ballet shoes, cotton socks, etc) No experience required.
