Pole fitness is an exciting and energetic way to get fit fast. Achieve a total body workout which will sculpt the legs, bottom, stomach and arms, while building strength, stamina and flexibility. This class is for women of all ages, shapes and sizes and will leave you feeling sassy and sensual.

Improvers / Advanced Class – Tuesday 24 January 2012 @ 7.30pm
